I was walking past the mental hospital the other day, and all the patients
were shouting, ’13…13….13…13.’

My curiosity got the better of me, so I decided I would investigate to see what all the commotion was about.

I eased up to the side of the hospital to get a quick look.

The fence was too high to see over, but I saw a barely noticeable little gap in the planks and
looked through to see what was going on.
