Have you been to a Chinese Restaurant lately? Chinese food is so good and healthy too. You hardly ever see a bunch of overweight Chinese people.

They really know how to eat, the small slices and bits of meat cooked with very little oil, the vegetables all over the plate so fresh and multi-colored. Ummmm but what if you happened upon this particular Chinese restaurant…………..

Would you do as they say after that delicious meal you ordered ummmmmm
