VIDEO: Lindsay Lohan Back in Court After Claiming She Was Too Sick

Lindsay Lohan raced back to LA from New York, and made a beeline for the courthouse, where she went before the very same judge who is probably pretty darn tired of seeing the star in her courtroom. Lindsay’s new lawyer Mark Heller sent the court a doctor’s note saying she was too sick to fly. But that excuse didn’t fly when she was spotted shopping around NYC. First thing Wednesday morning, wearing a simple, black Chanel dress, she was back in all too familiar territory.
